I ordered this on Thursday and expected the stamp to be created on Friday and shipped out that day and since I picked overnight I expected my stamp on Monday. Wasn’t I thoroughly shocked to receive it Friday. And it was exactly what I needed. Will definitely use you guys for all my stamping needs and refer you to anyone else who is looking for one. I ordered some stamps the other day and found that it was easy and the stamps themselves were a great value (the best price I could find). I was pleased to find that the shipping was free and I couldn’t believe it when the stamps showed up in a couple of days! I’m going to buy all of our stamps from you guys in the future – Great service. 

My rubber stamp arrived in yesterday’s mail – it’s perfect!!! Made absolutely bleed-free, crisp impressions right from the first stamping and arrived precisely one week after I ordered it! I had placed an order for exactly the same stamp with another company – waited three weeks – Your price was about half of theirs for exactly the same Ideal stamp. I know I have found the place where I will buy any further stamps I need, and will tell everyone I know (including my employer – a hospital) about you. THANK YOU! –

I contacted customer service this morning regarding an order that I had placed. I was curious as to why it was taking so long to process. Within just a couple of hours a nice woman called me, yes, called me on the phone and explained the delay (partially my fault because I ordered on a Saturday). Her explanation was thorough, honest and not given with any animosity what so ever, as I normally receive if I actually talked to a human being in other customer service departments. I have not received my stamp yet, but I had to write and say stamp or no stamp this is one of the best customer services I’ve seen in a while. Can’t wait for the product to arrive and I have no doubt it will be great.
